NMS Schmidt Rechtsanwälte, a law firm specializing in commercial law is named after and headed by Prof Dr Nikolaus M Schmidt who has for many years been working as a lawyer in commercial law, specialist insolvency lawyer, mediator (DAA) and honorary professor of commercial law.

For conflict management, clients can draw on the expertise of our certified mediator (certified by the German Lawyers’ Academy, Deutsche Anwaltsakademie (DAA)).

In consultancy on an international level we enjoy the close and long standing cooperation of specialists out of Germany. This enables us to provide our clients with the optimal solution also in international projects as, for instance, in Poland, the immensely growing markets in East Africa (as in Uganda), Italy or India.
